How to Request a Refund

• Your full name
• Order number
• The reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

Eligibility

• Refunds are available within 30 days of the original charge.
• Renewals are included, but it is recommended to cancel a subscription prior to renewal to avoid a charge.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• After 30 days, we’re unable to process refunds.
